Planners Do Not Work (for most with ADHD)

Have you ever hopped on Etsy and searched for "ADHD-Friendly Planners," only to feel overwhelmed by the sea of options claiming to be just that?
Chances are, many of those planners turned out to be a bit too complicated or busy for our ADHD brains to handle. They might have had too much going on, making it hard to focus and jot down information without getting distracted.
And let's not forget the feeling of buying yet another planner because the excitement of the last one wore off, only to forget about it soon after. Sound familiar? ;)
I've been there, spending too much money on adorable Target planners and various Etsy finds, only to realize that traditional planners and most "ADHD-Friendly" planners just don't cut it for me.
I'm here to tell you, you do not have to buy traditional planners to stay on task.
Having ADHD means that we often approach tasks and activities in ways that are not considered conventional or typical.
This means instead of a planner to plan out your daily tasks, you can use:
If you always forget to use a traditional planner, try a different method that works better for you.
It's okay if it seems chaotic to others, as long as it helps you stay organized.
